Where on website  can I renew my ZOOM account already linked to PayPal?

Hey @Barbara_630 automatic renewal is enabled to all plans purchased online, unless you went through process of Canceling your subscription; therefore, if your primary payment method is PayPal, that would be automatically deducted. More info on Using PayPal as a Zoom payment method

 

For further Billing/Account related questions, I would suggest reaching out to our Zoom billing support as they do not monitor the community. You can create a ticket here.
