Hello I would like to change tariff plan from basic to professional.  But before payment system give massege "Please Note You are ineligible to receive this offer. Click here to return to your current plans."

How can I change tariff plan?

     Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Community! I would recommend submitting a billing request using the link here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new. Please make sure to select the "Billing & Account Mangement" option.
