There is no support for such questions.Payment for using my account was taken 2 times last months. I have 2 receipts from 24th of December and 27th of December when payment was taken 2 times. Any help how to return my money?

I have had exactly the same experience after paying early at the end of March to secure a discount, and then having them take the full amount at the beginning of April. I haven't been able to get through to anyone at Zoom, either on chat or email. I will try what you 1st reply person suggested. Meanwhile I've cancelled as of next year. Still, I want my money back!
