Payment deductions but zoom plan did not work

I needed to upgrade my plan last february, I purchased a plan, the payment was deducted right away. But I was not able to use it. I tried to call them through international and local numbers. No one was responding, this month, I got a payment deduction from my bank again. How can this be fixed? I am very disappointed about this.
