Overcharged - offered and encoded a 3 month 50% off but still charged full

I was about to cancel my subscription but was offered a 3 month 50% off ($7.50) just to continue my subscription.  I took the offer and still was charged full $14.99.

How do I report this?  Is there a customer service chat or phone or EMail that I can communicate with?

Unfortunately, the Zoom Billing team does not monitor or assist customers in the Community forum, so you will need to contact Billing directly. Try submitting a request here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new
