One time passcode verification code NEVER comes

I finally was able to speak to a real person and paid for Zoom pro with my credit card as every time I tried to purchase the product, zoom took me back to the log in page. After logging in AGAIN, a screen comes up with "a one time passcode verification code has been sent to your email."  This never arrived - I tried every day for 3 days - and no it didn't end up in my junk email. So after speaking with the person, I handed over my credit card details. next day tried to log in and got the same message - "a one time passcode verification code has been sent to your email."  Trying to find the right place on the zoom website to email my issues is IMPOSSIBLE.  Does anyone out there know where to get help so I can use my zoom account?
