Not Upgrading from Basic to Pro


We already paid the amount of 2 months outstanding, but still we are facing the same problem. It's Still Continuing in basic Plan. Actually we are in Pro plan monthly billing. Please check our Outstanding Payment of $34.81 on 02/02/2023 through my SBI Credit card. And I have received my monthly statement that the above amount is paid.

I do see your payment was applied to the previous two billing cycles. Now you simply need to sign in and go to your Billing page to upgrade to Pro again.
