Not Receiving Activation Emails

I am trying to setup a new zoom account for a new organisation. I am not receiving activation emails. (Yes, I have checked spam.) I have tried two different emails and neither have worked. I have then sent emails from my own computer to those addresses and no problem. I have sent them from another computer and no problem. Still not coming through from Zoom though.

 

The server is not a corporate one and as I say, the email addresses are working fine in all other environments except for Zoom. Any assistance would be appreciated.

If you've already looked into the KB on Not receiving emails from Zoom and have taken the suggested steps to troubleshoot; I would suggest contacting Zoom Support as they have the backend tools to resolve your posted discussion and replies here.

    I am having a similar issue. I'm trying to add a new employee to our company account and she is not receiving any of the emails. Checked all spam folders and nothing.

    same issue here: we do not receive any activation or e-mails. I can log in to the "basic" account. No reaction. Except bounce e-mails. Very annoying.

    Same here, I paid to add a user and she didn't recieve the activation email. 

    No way to reach anyone - instead they send us here to coplain to each other. is there any way to reach zoom support???##$%

    Having the same issue. Contacted Tech Support, and they replied saying they "Cleared My Email Address" and to try again. 

     

    IT FINALLY WORKED!!!

     

    I replied back asking for what they did (technically) on their end...  have not received an answer.

    Yes, this does work! I just contacted tech support using the support form, and they got back to me within 5 minutes to say they had unblocked my address. This only works if you have Zoom account. If you don't, the event convenor would have to request this on your behalf. Quick and painless.

     

    They said the cause was a spam filter at my end, which then caused them to block my email, and that really my email provider settings should be checked first, but said they had unblocked me, anyway.

     

    I had already checked all that and mentioned that in the request, so maybe it was just a standard response.

     

    The main point is that sending the form does get results.

    It sounds like there might be a filtering issue on Zoom's end. Contact Zoom support to investigate why activation emails aren't reaching your inbox despite successful tests from other sources.

    You have to get into your account to contact support chat...so, what I did was create another account with Facebook login option and was able to contact their chat support that way, but referenced my main email in order to 'whitelist' that (they send a test email to the email specified). After that, I was able to receive the verification email to the one that had been blocked and get that re-enabled.
