No life chat support on a Pro plan

I am having an active subscription to a Pro plan and I am making an attempt to contact support via the chatbot. After getting the bot to suggest me to contact a live agent, and selecting support, the bot finally responds:
Unfortunately, your account does not have access to live chat support.

What? There is no support available anymore for a paid Pro license?? Or is that a bug? Please clarify!
