Need Access to Old Account

I want to access a form of live support or find a Technical Agent so I can explain an advanced issue I have.

I have this old Zoom account I lost access to due to not logging in for a very long period of time. The email I used for that account belongs to an old, dead iPad, and the only way to verify my account to be able to log in is via email, which was only active on my dead iPad. 

I am looking for someone on the Zoom Team to help recover the account (by sending account email etc) and “turn the account on” for me to regain access once more.
