My discounted Zoom process stopped half-way, not allowing me to go forward.

Hi, on the 24th July I cancelled my Paid pro one, 100 persons, then applied with a discounted coupon for 1000 persons. I tried following the instructions as stated by the Jw Organization. After the second phase I was asked to sign in, and there is where I got stuck, not seeing where to move forward to pay the $60 discounted price for 1000 persons. This is a code I can only use once, so I cannot even go back to do it all over again. I will get an error. This is why I am asking for your help please.

I have an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5600U CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz

8.00 GB (7.88 GB usable) 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Zoom version:  5.15.5 (19404)

I have also enclose a screen shot of the two tics in the approval, there are two more steps to go to the final payment.

Please assist me to complete this process. Thank you in advance for your help.
