My account downgraded from pro to basic

My account downgraded from pro to basic after due date, Paid the bill after 2 months from the due date, still account is reflecting as BASIC and in the invoice its mentioned as CreditBalance Adjustment, but no outstanding balance. Now also account shows as BASIC instead of PRO. Please suggest.

Same thin has happened to me except I can see the payments processed from my bank account but I was just downgraded! Only thing I can think of is the my cloud recordings was full and they've been sending me emails to buy more space and I haven't actioned that...and there is no one to speak to!
