My Zoom account suddenly changed from Pro to Basic

I bought PRO account for 1 year, from Sept 2021 to Sept 2022. But today Jan 21 2022, my account suddenly reverted to BASIC, and I got the 40 minutes limitation. Did anyone get the same problem? And do you know how to solve it?

same problem here. check the billing and it stated I have a proration credit.

Me too. I checked the billing and  I saw the Proration Credit, while I did nothing. I understand that I should receive this money ( $98.98 ), right? But I haven't received anything.  So weird!  What did you do next?

I'm not sure what to do now except waiting for the next day. Hopefully it is just an internal error or there is an error in refreshing their annual billing system.

Yep, I've already sent an email to the support team. Hope that they will solve this problem soon!

My office's official Zoom account turned to Basic from PRO suddenly. We have a high level meeting scheduled in 30 minutes. What should we do?

It's been almost a year or so since the last post and this issue is happening again. My Pro license has been reverted to a Basic license twice within the last two weeks. I use it at work and having to tell all attendees that they'll have to sign back in is unacceptable and makes our company look really unprofessional.
