My Company's Zoom Pro Account is Locked Because Employee Email Was Deactivated

My company has a Zoom Pro account that we all use to schedule calls with partners. The account was created by an ex-employee, with the ex-employee's email address. The employee's email address has been deactivated, and the entire company no longer has access to our Zoom Pro account. 

 

How do I change the email address for the company's Zoom Pro account without access to the email?
