The only option I have is to totally close/cancel/delete my Zoom account - can anyone suggest how I do this? I've gone into my profile but the terminate account function is no visible!
I'm unable to access my password & unable to do tech upgrades, however without this info, Zoom is still signing me into my Australian account!... which isn't allowing any functionality.
All I need is a UK account and then sign up to Pro, but there are clearly problems in the back end.
I'm not able to call Zoom and the Chat function is totally confused with my issue.
What and how do I communicate with Zoom about this problem?
