License purchase error

Hello, nice to greet you.

 

My father mistakenly performed his zoom subscription process wrong. He only wanted to buy one license and mistakenly purchased ten. What options does he have so that he can cancel the nine licenses that he does not need and that he be reimbursed the amount of them?

Be sure to include the email address of the account, and explain the situation thoroughly, as you have done.

Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
Click User Management, then Users.
Locate or search for the user who you want to assign a license.
Click Edit at the end of the user row.
Choose the User Type to assign.
After choosing the User Type, use the drop down to select the license.
