Large Meeting Upgrade - billing cycle

I am hosting a meeting that will exceed the 100 participants allowed on my pro account. My billing cycle is on the 7th of every month, but my event is on the 10th of next month. Today is the 18th. If I purchase the large meeting upgrade today, will it be available for my meeting on the 10th? Or should I wait for my next billing cycle on the 7th?

Hey @JackMap, when an add-on is purchased that is available to the account immediately if not in 15 minutes.

 

However after purchasing, ensure that the license is assigned to the appropriate user under 'User Management' To assign a host license to one of your users, have an Account Admin follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Zoom User page.
2. Find or search for the user in the list
3. Click 'Edit' on the right of their row
4. Choose the appropriate license to assign Large Meeting
5. Click Save
The license is then applied to the user and they can use it immediately. If not immediately reflected on the Zoom Application, please sign out and sign back in to ensure that the changes get pushed to the App.
