Where do I find my invoices so I can download them?  I was told by support that I can find them on the portal.  What am I missing? :0

Hi @APSue ,

 

        Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Community! In order to pull your invoice history, please log in to your account at zoom.us/signin > click on Account Management > Billing > Invoice History tab > select a date range > click Search > and you should see the list of invoices for your account.

nothing Is coming up when I set parameters/date range for last year (needing for taxes 2022).  Only recently paid 2023 shows in my folder- please advise

I can't set the parameter I want: I paid for one year and In would like to find that invoice.

Hi,

We have the same issue. Please let us know how can we download invoices.

Account Management > Billing > Invoice History tab does not exist...
