I would like to unsubscribe from all Zoom email newsletters simultaneously.

The Zoom email newsletters typically contain information about how to use Zoom, including topics such as:

・Participating in Zoom meetings
・Scheduling Zoom meetings
・Hosting Zoom meetings
・Questionnaire surveys related to Zoom features, etc.

While I am aware of the process to unsubscribe from newsletters individually as a recipient,
I am wondering if there is a way for a system administrator to unsubscribe all users from these newsletters at once.
The influx of newsletters targeting all users has caused issues like a Denial of Service (DoS) attack,
resulting in a slowdown of the email system.

I would appreciate hearing from anyone facing a similar problem.

    • To remove an individual member:
      • To the right of a user, click Remove.
    • To remove multiple members:
      1. To the left of multiple users, select their checkboxes.
      2. At the top of the page, click Remove.
    • To remove all users at once:
      1. To the left of the Member Email header field, click the checkbox to select all users.
