I want to close my unused Zoom account

My subscription has expired. I have never used it. I do not want to renew. I do not know my account name or password.

The credit card I used is no longer valid . But zoom keeps trying to renew using my old credit card.

Will zoom eventually give up and just close the account?

Please refer to Zoom Support article Canceling your subscription. This will stop payment attempts. You can also delete your Zoom account completely.
