I've paid for pro plan twice, but nothing shows up
As the title says, I have paid twice now for a pro plan. But when I sign in and look for the plan/subscription/whatever that can resemble the service I've paid for, nothing shows up.
I remember putting in my debit card details, and then later zoom wanted me to put in further details about my name, adress++, which I forgot about. Is this the reason?? I didn't want to have pro plan and wanted to cancel before the second time but I was too late, and I'd like my money back.
