I've lost access to my account

Hello everyone,

I wanted to know if I could receive help to recover my zoom account, it turns out that I tried to recover my password but I did not receive the recovery email in my associated account, the zoom articles indicate that they may be in spam or perhaps one of the ips associated with Zoom services are blocked by the organization, but it is not in any case, I am not sure what steps to follow since it is a paid account and I want to recover it.

I got  the same issue. Even for opening a ticket one must be inside the client area.

How to do it ?
