I've received a payment, but my account hasn't been upgraded. When I look at the bill history, nothing comes out. What should I do in this case?

 

I paid for the Zoom app through the Google Play Store and even the free trial version wasn't applied. The payment details just came to my Google email from the Google Play Store, and although the payment was made, it wasn't applied at all, so I was angry.
