Hi,

I did not download my recording from the cloud before I canceled my paid subscription. Is there a way I recover them? (if I re-subscribe for example)

Thanks for your help.

Your cloud recordings are still in your account, although not currently accessible as a Basic account. You would need to re-subscribe to Zoom Pro to gain access to your cloud recordings.

Assuming that when you cancelled that you can still login with the same credentials, although it’s now a free account. It would be worth either contacting Zoom sales or resubscribe for 30-days to see if it has retained your recordings. I would guess that they will still be there.

My User, recently went from a paid to free account through my company account at Alchemy of Breath. My company requested I delete some of the recordings because they are filling up their account.

I see I am not able to delete them now as a free account. I want to keep some of them. How do I do this with a free account? What are the possibilities?

Thank you for your time.

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @Emily26.

The recordings can be deleted by the company's Zoom Admin by going to their Admin -> Account Management -> Recordings menu.
