I have changed my email but when I try to sign in it continues to revert back to the old email

Hi,

I have changed my sign in email but when I sign out and try to sign in again the system reverts to the old email and because I don't own that email we can't access our account.

You must confirm in both emails to change your email address, otherwise your Zoom account will continue to use your original email address. Sign in to the Zoom web portal. In the navigation menu, click Profile. Under Sign In, click Edit next to Sign-In Email.
