I have already paid but still shows unpaid

I had a pro plan for which I was paying 1534 per month and then I decided to cancel my subscription on 23rd sept and received a new offer of 50 % discount for the next 6 months and then paid the 767 as asked but the zoom account is showing balance money left according to the original plan which was being billed.
