I cannot enter my account!

I cannot log in to my account because Zoom always asks me for the code from the 2FA app. I don't remember that I set my Zoom system like this. I didn't prepare the 2FA app. So, I cannot log in to my account forever. What should I do if I would like to enter my account? I made my new account to ask here.
