I can't find my admin on Zoom.

When entering the Zoom conference, the program started to request a code. In the program settings, it does not allow you to remove this code and says "Locked by admin". We also tried to remove it with the administrator, but nothing helps. Please advise how to remove this code and how to find out who my administrator is
