I am locked out of Zoom because I do not receive 2FA

I am locked from my Zoom account because I am not receiving in my phone the 2FA code: I do not know why, but I may have used another phone number a year ago since I stopped using Zoom. I have been able to use another email to create a new account. However, I would like to use my principal email again. The solution would be simple if I could enter my profile without 2FA, something that I have not been able to do for now. How is that done? Otherwise, I would have to request an email from Zoom.
