How to use charity discount code

Hello, we are a charity with a Zoom account in the UK and have found out that we could apply for a discount to the plan via Charity Digital (this is called TechSoup in the US).  Our plan will renew on 28/10. I want to check whether we need to

 

1. cancel our existing account and then set up a new one to use the discount code

OR

2. Apply for the coupon via Charity Digital and apply it to our existing plan before it renews.

For issues with discount codes, submit a request to Zoom Support. During the ticket handling process, you must provide details about the discount, such as a screenshot of the coupon code or name of the discount. Zoom Support can help identify if your account is eligible for the discount and adjust your invoice if applicable.

Hi, we are in the same position, it would be of huge benefit if you could please update us on the route you took with Charity Digital and Zoom so our charity can benefit also?
