Does anyone know how to reach Zoom to ask them to stop sending me emails about 'Zoom Cloud recording has been disabled'?

    I've been trying to get a hold of them too - and if you don't have their most expensive package, you can't reach them thru chat or call.

    I would also like to know the answer here. I get an email every single day telling me the recording is being disabled but I don't want to unsubscribe from zoom emails in case I miss something important

    Has anyone figure out how to stop this? I keep getting this email every few days. Support does not help and nobody seems to have found an answer.

    I am having the same problem and there is no fix available. This is so annoying. Class action lawsuit incoming

    Only solution is to filter these email. 

    Open email. 

    Go to 'Filter messages like these'. 

    Create filter. 

    Click on delete.
