I am an admin for a Zoom workplace Pro with 6 licenses and I would like to cancel 2 licenses of those 6. I also have an extra 30 GB Cloud active. If I cancel these 2 licences, my recordings of these accounts will be lost?

Hey @xandrinhax – This is a great question! When someone's license is removed, their access to cloud recordings is downgraded. But the recordings will still stay in the account and as an Admin, you'll still be able to access those.

I recently assisted a client in backing up 5 years of Zoom recordings to Google Drive, ensuring they have seamless access to all their recordings.
