How to change email when old email address has been disabled

I need to change the email address associated with my business account. The system prompts me to click on a confirmation email sent to the old email address, but I don't have access to the original email address. How can I solve this problem?

Hi @SusanEckstein , if you don't have access to your old email address, you'll need to create a support ticket at https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000983032
