Dear all Zoom users, I am a very bad experience on using Zoom.
Zoom will not easy to let you leave.
I would like to cancel the Zoom meetings Pro account.
And I subscripted a Conference Room Connector in the same time.
I need to cancel the "Conference Room Connector". before I can cancel the Pro Account subscription.
The problem is Zoom is not allow you to cancel the "Conference Room Connector", so as to cancel the Pro Account subscription is impossible.
I have worked with this issue for a years, and my account still stick with "Conference Room Connector" and forcing me to pay what I don't need.

They will be able to assist you in resolving your billing concerns. When you open a ticket, please make sure you are logged in with your Zoom account so we can access all the necessary data on our end.
