How to Make Refund if I was Payment on Feb 2024 before Unassociate with working live?

I was made payment on February 2024 for annually fee to working live but August 2024 was Unassociate with working live. And now i m Upgrade to Zoom Pro and the payment to zoom was made too.

I wish to get the refund from working live for September 2024 - January 2025 (totally 5 months), what the methods should i do?
