How long the cloud recorded videos will be able to download?

(pt-br) Eu gravei algumas aulas na nuvem para exibir através do acesso em um ebook, mas acabei esquecendo de pagar. Eu quero saber se eu pagar pelo serviço, eu teria acesso aos vídeos?

(eng) I have some videos in the cloud, but I forgot and I didn't pay the bill. I wanna know, if I pay, I will have access to the videos?

Hello,

I believe that after  30 days, recording files will be deleted and  from the trash folder within 24 hours after that.

After this action is completed, these files can’t be recovered.

If it has been less than 30 days I think you can sign up for a paid account with the same user name and account details and may still be able to recover / download the cloud recordings.
