We have a business account with 10 subs. Also is it possible to turn on 720p for only one sub account (ie, the one on which we have Webinar?)

 I suggest you submit a ticket with Zoom support (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new)  

 

If you know your account number or sub account number that will be helpful to the Zoom support folks, but they can look it up.
