I already paid my subscription plan but don’t have receipt , How can I got it?

hi CarlaA,

 

Our company would ask me to submit a receipt (and not an invoice). Is there a way I can be issued this so i can file a claim? thanks in advance.

Hi @elden,

 

Payment is reflected at the bottom of the latest iteration of the invoice under transaction details. Once payment is applied to the invoice, you’ll be able to view and print the invoice.
