Zoom no identifica que tengo cuenta y que pago, y no me da el servicio que tengo contratado. Necesito ayuda y no consigo saber cómo hablar con el soporte técnico

Hi @SandraLLanas ,

 

If you have a Pro account (paid), but your account is showing as Basic (free) or your meetings get cut off at 40 minutes, you may not have a license assigned to you or may be signed in to the wrong account.

You can check out this article on troubleshooting paid accounts still showing as basic.

Zoom esta elevando el precio x su servicio, ese no fue el acuerdo inicial
