HELP!!! Zoom claiming I have no live support, even though I have pro
Hi--
I am beyond frustrated with Zoom. We have Zoom Pro and Zoom Phone. Our phones are not ringing so I tried to contact Zoom for live chat support (which I have used within the past couple of days). Zoom's stupid bot is saying that our account does not come with live support. I do not know why the live support is not working now, when we are clearly paying for Zoom Pro. I have an invoice indicating that we paid for Zoom Pro for the next year. Zoom's horrible support is paralyzing us. We are paying for help and cannot receive it. I do not know what I can do. Any advice is welcome.
