On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Get logs for all user activity for a meeting?

Hi,

Looking to see if there is a way to check to see if there is a way to get log files from zoom on all user activity for a specific meeting?

Ideally it would be to see admittance records, removals and by whom as our meeting has an issue with co-hosts removing people who should not be removed.

Hoping there is a feature which can interrogate actions within zoom.

Any ideas?

+1 for this suggestion - we'd love a 'debug log' of everything that happens in a given meeting. Host/co-host actions, mic mute/unmute timestamps per participant, etc. We have been asking for this level of detail in reporting for some time now (both for real-time and post-meeting troubleshooting) - please be sure to reach out to Zoom Support to submit a feature request and add traction to this!
