My original Zoom account (the one for which I am still paying 17 euros per month) is not accessible because I have deleted my Facebook account. How can I recover that account (the one linked to Facebook) and link it to my other account (that I opened with an email address), please? Thank you in advance!

Are you able to contact support by phone? If so, please login at https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/contact?id=contact_us and scroll down to the 'Phone' section.
To contact Technical or Billing Support on the phone, you must be a Licensed owner or administrator of a Business, Enterprise, or Educational account, or a Licensed member on an account with a Premier or Premier+ support plan.
If not, I would suggest calling the main Zoom Sales number, as suggested above.
