Question
Error: The user _______ already holds an active account. (1,009) ...when trying to accept an invite
Background:
- I already have a personal Zoom account using my personal email as my account.
- I've been sent an invite to join an organization to my personal email.
- I click on the link to accept the invite.
- I get the error in the subject line ( 1,009 ).
The AI support bot is ineffectual to assist.
Can someone in Zoom support help me with this?
Has anyone ever had this happen to them?
