I received this email stating that an individual is requesting to the be the owner of my Zoom account and that I must click a link to approve or deny the request a certain number of hours. Is this coming from Zoom or is this phishing?

This should be an authentic email from Zoom, as this is an expected email when someone requests ownership of a Pro account. This article has more info about this: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115005686983-Changing-the-account-owner
If you are worried about clicking the options in the email, you can log in to your account, go to the Account Profile page, and review the request there.

Thanks. What if I missed the window to respond? Is there anyway to keep the ownership from changing?

You should have 7 days to respond to the email, after which it will automatically change the owner. You can try requesting ownership back from the new owner, or contact Zoom Support for help: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362003
