we received an email that we canceled a sebscription which does not reflect in our web-interface.

It's not spam and a valid mail-sender.

What went wrong.

 

ah btw. it's really poor that ZOOM has no Support-TICKET system. Asking those questions ina forum seems odd.

Hey @TechnikFMS it's been a bit since you posted this discussion, are you still running into issues? Suggest checking your invoice status to check whether its open, processing, or collected.
