Downgrade from a Pro Plan to a Basic Plan

I cannot get this information to save my life. I got a reply from Zoom but the instructions do not apply to my account! Where they tell me to do and what to do when I'm there is completely not what is on my screen! Zoom, what the hell, guys! Where is the easy downgrade area? This is ridiculous!
