Does Zoom get issued a 1099

I am a corporate user of Zoom.  Do we issue a 1099 to Zoom?

No, if zoom is also a corporation.  If Zoom is not a corporation, then if the amount you pay Zoom is over 600 a 1099 would need to be filed.
