Deleteing my email on file from a Zoom different account I use to own

A few years ago I opened an account for our association. I was the owner and had 2 other admins. 1 license for the pro plan with webinars up to 500 plan. Now that I am no longer in the organization the ownership went to the chair of the association. I logged out and was told I was no longer on the account. Now that I want to have my independent account it is to my surprise still used for the associations account. IHow do I delete my email from the associations zoom account. I want to use my email to open a new personal account.

Hi @Napi

Unfortunately, you will need to contact the organization and request they either change the email address for your former user profile (to allow you to create a new account with that email address) or they can unlink that user profile from their account, which may give you access again, if they didn't change the password.

Hope that helps and let me know if you have any further questions. Otherwise, make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.
