Hi, I pay for a pro subscription annually but account now seems to be set as Basic. How do I actually email the help centre to attempt to get help. 
can’t find email address anywhere

Hey @IntegratedAg , welcome to the community! Do you mind looking into the KB on Troubleshooting paid account still showing as basic to see if the knowledge article can help you properly assign your license to the account after paying? Please let me know if this helps!
