I’m having the same issue I registered for a zoom meeting and got the registration acknowledgment but then didn’t get the confirmation log in email I’ve checked spam and it’s not there it’s happened to me now 3 times all the last 3 meeting registrations…
We get a message that Zoom doesn't recognize our device. So it sends a confirmation # to our registered email, but it does not arrive. Nor is it in spam.
If you are sharing a Zoom account and Zoom thinks it is coming from an unusual IP address other than the Zoom account holder it will send a verification email one-time passcode (OTP) as a security procedure.
YES we found a solution. Our confirmation code was going straight to TRASH, where it sat for ten minutes before disappearing. So try again, go straight to the trash and see if the code is there!
